managed by a very experienced technical staff, which is the first to serve as the offshore commercial diving in china, we are the unique professional offshore oil engineering technique service company  within the area of guangxi/hainan province and western part of guangdong province, which has obtained ccs, dnv, bv, coooso and cma cerfications.

we have more than 60 professional employees, including 3 senior engineers, 5 engineers， 8 assistant engineers and 16 professional divers. and it has a group of highly qualified ndt supervisors (10 of them obtained  ndt certificate (level Ⅱ) issued by asnt (u.s.a) , 18 of them obtained ndt certificate (level Ⅱ)  issued by ccs (china), 10 of them, including two senior detector who was qualified with radioactive testing-level Ⅲ, obtained ndt certificate for boilers and pressure vessels detection (level Ⅱ) issued by labor department of china., 6 of them have acquired underwater ndt inspection certification, and 4 of them have acquired underwater welding certification).

the company is one of the long-term contractors of the installation & maintenance of the 250,000 tons spm owned by maoming petro-chemicals since 1994. it has compiled the first set of system documentation (1995) concerning to spm operation instruction, safety and emergency measures regulation, and system maintenance/inspection, taking a lead in the aspect of spm management in china. we are taking the long-term spm maintenance services for maoming calm system (maoming petro-chemical shuidong harbor co.) and weizhou calm system (cnooc china led.-zhanjiang).

we are experienced in inspection and safety evaluation for the offshore drilling/production platforms. our company is one of the earliest contractors engaged in this kind of business in china. eg. particular inspection and safety evaluation on platform w11-4a, w11-4b, and w10-3 oilfield (1999&2003); w12-1a (2001&2004),and w11-4c(2004).

we also have rich experience accumulated from many years' practice of non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion engineering for the production processing pipelines and storage tanks (as the inspection contractor of pipelines and pressure vessels of weizhou oil fields 1995-2003).  we have being successfully engaged in the inspection and database compiling for the pinghu oil & gas fields from 2001 to 2004.

we have certain ability to perform the installation/ inspection/maintenance of sub-sea pipelines (the underwater operation of the modification project of the 3＂gas pipeline in 1994; the underwater operation for the reparation  project of the 6/10＂oil pipeline from w11-4 to w10-3 oil fields in 1998). our staff received good assessment through the underwater rov services (1995~2000) from nanhai west corporation.

we have possessed non-destructive testing for structures and oil gas production equipment on offshore oil gas production facilities qualification certificate, survey of specialized drilling equipment and devices qualification certificate, survey of the still wire ropes and tying-tied utensils on offshore oil/gas production facilities  qualification certificate，survey for above water structures and underwater-structures in service of offshore oil/gas production facilities and other facilities qualification certificate issued by china offshore oil operation safety office (coooso); license of offshore maintenance on drilling vessels, oil production platforms, jackets and fpso issued by china national offshore oil corp. (cnooc); cma certification issued by guangdong quality technology supervision bureau, underwater engineering service agency qualification certificate issued by china classification society (ccs) and bureau veritas (bv) each, certificates of operation on radioactive isotope & radioactive settings promulgated by health dept. of guangdong province; certificate of rt promulgated by national inspection & quarantine bureau; iso-9001: 2000  quality system (qs) certification and ohsas 18001:1999 certification approved by dnv.

4、  ndt on drilling professional equipment and tying-tied utensils

ø         survey of drilling professional facilities including drilling draw works, mud pump, rotary table, derrick, crown block, traveling block, hook and swivel, etc.

ø        survey of the steel wire ropes and tying-tied utensils on offshore oil/gas production facilities.

ø        retrieve/ installation/ cleaning/ analyze of corrosion coupons on pressure pipelines.
